Shipping Time:
Order is usually ready to ship about a week unless it has availability problem.
Preorder estimated ship date is specified on the product description. It may change based on manufacturer.
We will inform you as soon as we know.
Generally shipping takes about 14~30 business days, but may be extended due to weather, customs inspection, holidays, etc. ❗️Let me know if your order is time sensitive❗️
Shipping Delays:
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there are ongoing delays throughout the logistics system. Please check your tracking number to stay updated. You can also check your country’s postal service website for updates. We know how important it is to get your orders to you as soon as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping Method:
In most cases, we ship worldwide from China directly via post service. Besides, you can ask for quote if you want to go with express shipping. Shipping fee depends on your order.

Shipping Cost:
We offer free shipping to most of the countries via post service. However, there might be some countries that beyond our reach, or areas that needs remote area surcharge requested by the shipping company. In that case, we will contact you to solve the problem.
Express shipping is also available. Cost depends on your order. Start a chat for a custom quote.
Shipping Address:
In most cases, international package can't be forwarded to another address after shipping. ❗️Please make sure all your information is correct before submitting the order, making sure it's right and no typo.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may change your order or your address by using the Contact Us form with your order number. or simply tell us on the chat.
Please use an address that's good for the following three months. And let me know as soon as possible if you know you will move in the near future.
Customs, Tax, & Duty Fees:
International parcels may have additional customs, tax, and duty fees applied to them by your local customs. These additional fees can be applied by customs agents after reviewing the items in the parcel. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate those customs duties. Please be aware that you’ll be responsible for any additional fees. For more information on how customs fees work, please contact your local customs. Anicolle Studio is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or by the shipping company. Under the circumstances that you are asked to pay duties and taxes, you may have the choice to either pay or ask for a refund. If you ask for a refund, the ordered item(s) will be returned. Please keep in mind that the shipping fees charged by the courier are not refundable.
New Tax ID Requirements for Shipping to Brazil:
Please contact us about your Individual Tax ID (format: 000.000.000-00). It's required by the Brazil Customs.
Missing Packages:
We are truly sorry to hear about the lost package, however we are not able to help if the package is stolen.
In cases that shipping takes more than 3 months but still not deliver, we will issue the refund first, and will ask you to pay back once the shipping company mark the package as delivered.
